Interstate 15/Duncan Canyon Road
New Interchange Project
The City of Fontana has applied for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestments Act, more commonly referred to as the Economic Stimulus Package. The Federal Highway Administration accepted applications for what is referred to as Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery, or TIGER. The City is applying for $30 Million dollars to construct the I-15/Duncan Canyon Interchange project. With this federal money, the city expects to have the project constructed by November 2011.
